The manufacturer changed its brand from Alfa Laval to De Laval, introducing updated cooler models. The DX/CE has an oval tank shape with distinctive external ribbing; the DX/CEM has a rounder profile with no ribbing. Both models have the cooling and washing control panel mounted at the front, with separate refrigeration units. Key advantages: 40% less water used in washing and 60% faster wash cycles compared to earlier versions. Available in 24 sizes: DX/CE from 1150 to 12000L, DX/CEM from 14000 to 32000L.
