Mobile Mixer
On swivel and lockable casters. Two agitators — propeller and scraper type, speed controlled via inverters.

Pharmaceutical Mixer Construction
All product-contact parts are made of AISI 316L (1.4404) stainless steel, Ra 0.6, electropolished. Welds are ground to match the surface quality of the parts.
Pharmaceutical Mixer — Mobile Version
Built to pharmaceutical standard: product-contact parts made of 316 steel (electropolished), other parts made of 304 steel (polished). Internal welds ground, external butt welds ground, fillet welds polished.

- Additional lockable fill connection with TriClamp fitting

- AC electric motors, 1.5 kW each
- Electric heaters, 4 kW
- Agitator speed control via inverters
- Heating system: electric heaters + oil or water jacket

Pharmaceutical Mixer — Stationary Version
A unit designed for liquid formulations: gels, shampoos, cleaning fluids. Product-contact parts are made of 304 steel and electropolished. Triple-jacketed construction: heating/cooling jacket made of 304 steel, insulated outer jacket made of brushed 304 steel.

- Lid split into a fixed part and a lifting part
- Paddle agitator — two blades (lower and middle)
- Drive: electric motor
- Heating/cooling water jacket with an independent coil
- Heating: 2 stainless steel heaters with thermostats + coil for an alternative heat source
- Electric heaters, 2×9 kW
- Cooling via cold water flow through the heating/cooling jacket
- Wash head mounted inside the tank
- Temperature sensor in the water jacket and inside the tank
- Four-legged construction
- Drain system with DIN 50 flap valve
- Angled drain nozzle, ending in a TriClamp fitting
- Water drain nozzle connected to the circulation pump
- Heating jacket temperature controller
- Agitator speed control via inverter
- Cold water connection (cooling): 1" inlet and outlet
- Heating coil: larger diameter at the inlet, smaller at the outlet
- Water connection for the wash head — 1/2" nozzle
Synthesis Reactor
A triple-jacketed mixer. The product tank and all parts in contact with the product are made of 316 grade acid-resistant steel. The heating jacket is made of 304 steel, and the outer jacket of brushed 304 steel.

- Lid split into a fixed part and a lifting flap
- 3-blade propeller agitator, 30 cm diameter
- Drive: electric motor with gearbox, 35 rpm
- Agitator speed control via inverter
- Heating/cooling water jacket
- Tank insulation — polyethylene foam
- Cone-shaped dished end with a central drain opening
- Two stainless steel heaters, 9 kW each
- Control box with electronic thermostat (4 m cable)
- Outlet with 316 steel ball valve, 2" diameter
- Two 3/4" water supply valves
- 1" water drain nozzle
- Four-legged construction, 120 cm height
- Crossbar between the legs allowing a filter (Büchner-type) to be placed under the tank
