A cylindrical tank with a modular WinMaster controller managing milk storage temperature, refrigeration unit start delay, minimum cooling temperature, and automatic/manual mixing cycles. Warning alarms, continuous parameter logging (temperature, cooling time, downtime, alarms, wash programs) sampled every 10 minutes over 60 days, computer analysis via the WinLink device, and backup timer protection. Models from 1600–7000L have one agitator and one pump; the 8000L models — two agitators.
